7.31.08 -- Massachusetts Governor signs into law the repeal of 1913 law that prohibited couples from getting married in Massachusetts if their marriage was not legally recognized in their home state. 7.31.08 -- There's been a virtual media blackout on the Islamic symbolism found in the planned Flight 93 Memorial. The AFA of PA asked them to go to the source documents and check the facts. News Release

7.30.08 -- Last week the House Subcommittee on Military Personnel held a hearing on the so-called 'Don't Ask, Don't Tell' policy which bans homosexuals from serving in the military. The two who testified in support of the ban were ridiculed by Congressional members of this committee (reminiscent of State Senator Vince Fumo's attacks on those who testified in favor of the Pennsylvania Marriage Protection Amendment). The hearing was a sham and showed disrespect for not only Elaine Donnelly, President of the Center for Military Readiness and Sergeant Major Brian Jones, but the U.S. military.
