6 Year dual MD/PhD program for transfer students?

I noticed there are a lot of 6 year combined MD/PhD programs than I had ever thought. Unfortunately, they only seem to take applicants that are just fresh out of High School with a certain SAT score. I was home schooled for high school and I am a community college student right now at the end of my First Year. I have never taken the SATs.
Are there any 6 year programs that allow transfer students from community colleges? Or maybe there are some foreign programs You Can suggest?

Take the SATs and apply. It may take you the full six years just the same. I think while homeschooling is great, it is a bit scary for college admissions offices. There are some homeschooling families that are not like the others and their kids are not ready for a college classroom. Being in a community college allowed you to adjust become focused and choose a career. Best wishes to you!
