Masters Degree Emergency Management

Which graduate certificate should I choose?
Educational policy,
Public Financial Management,
Human Resource Management,
Emergency Management,
Urban Planning
I’m really questioning the financial management because I don’t know how far I would get without being a CPA or having a finance degree. Education Policy just seems too specific. What do you think? I’m trying to add a specialty to my Master in Public Admin. Which do you think will be the most needed or have the best job opportunities?
Definitely urban planning or emergency management. There is a great need for those specialties working in the public sector, especially in larger metropolitan areas.

Emergency $116.3 An emergency is a situation which poses an immediate risk to health, life, property or environment. Most emergencies require urgent intervention to prevent a worsening of the situation, although in some situations, mitigation may not be possible and agencies may only be able to offer palliative care for the aftermath. Whilst some emergencies are self evident, many smaller incidents require the subjective opinion of an observer in order to decide whether it qualifies as an emergency. The precise definition of an emergency, the agencies involved and the procedures used, vary by jurisdiction, and this is usually set by the government, whose agencies are responsible for emergency planning and management.
