What other jobs could my dad get with a PHD in english literature apart from teaching?

Hey. Im marie and I’m 14. My mum died when I was 7. Recently my dads been under a lot of stress from the school he’s currently teaching at. He’s head of department at a state school, and yeah, he feeds, clothes and shelters the family. But he’s really not himself, when my mum was alive, he was a happy person, now he’s always angry, tired and moaning, he cries a lot as well. He’s now 52 and is, you know, getting on, but he does need another job, he’s going to crack if he carries on teaching, my brothers against him quitting, he’s 16, we had quite a row about it a couple of days ago. The point is, he could do a 3 day week, but doing 5 days is really bad and he needs rest. Help please! Thank you.
