Which schools Ph.D. Marketing would I be able to enter?

I'm a psych major, and I'm implementing programs Ph.D. in Marketing. My undergraduate GPA was 3.5 (high-level public school), and my master's GPA was 3.6 (high-level private schools), both in psychology. My major / psychology GPA is more like a 3.80, however. My GRE 530verbal (bad I know), but 780 quantitative and 6.0 (perfect) analysis. I have strong research experience, including my master's thesis presented at conferences Nationally, and strong letters of recommendation. Obviously, Chicago GSB Harvard, and others will be very difficult. But who else? Marketing PhD, MBA not – again. Thank you!

You Can view the list of top MBA programs. These programs have a Ph.D. in marketing will also the top. I suggest you watch the marketing departments of high schools to see where the power is gone. Chicago and HSB are certainly a good thing. Other great schools you should look are Duke (which has a particularly good marketing program), Wharton, Berkeley, UCLA, Columbia, NYU, MIT, Michigan and Northwestern. B-School doctoral programs are much more difficult to obtain in many other programs. For example, the top finance programs get 250-350 applications per year and only accept 4-6 students per year. Marketing programs get fewer applications – but only accept a few students each year. In other terms – that 10-25% of students qualified to enter You seem to be qualified for the best schools – if you should try to increase your verbal GRE. Due to the difficulty of entering a college, I cast a wide net. I speak from experience. I know I was qualified to be any doctoral program in Finance. I asked nine of the 12 best schools – and only got two (I've since learned two of Others – MIT and Wharton). I would also ask any other program you know you should get in – maybe a public school with a good PhD program such as Maryland, Wisconsin or Maryland Good luck
